Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in Sacaton, Arizona. This role is focused on leading IT project teams, managing project delivery within established parameters, and collaborating with senior stakeholders across IT and Business sectors. The successful candidate will be involved in managing all aspects of the project lifecycle and directly contributing to the company's growth in the IT industry.

Responsibilities:

• Leading diverse teams of IT professionals and fostering an environment of mentorship and coaching.

• Collaborating with senior stakeholders within IT and Business to clearly define project scope and deliver business value.

• Representing the project in governance meetings and inter-departmental forums.

• Overseeing project delivery within the framework of Project Delivery.

• Managing project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure IT commitments are met within established time, cost, and quality parameters.

• Composing and publishing the project charter, creating and maintaining the project schedule.

• Developing and implementing a project communication plan, providing regular reports on project status.

• Managing project risks and issues, identifying and resolving blockers raised by the project team, and escalating project issues as needed.

• Utilizing skills in Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, About Time, Agile Scrum, Budget Processes, Change Management, and Communication.

• Performing other job-related activities as requested. Requirements • Proficient in Atlassian Jira

• Experience with Cisco Technologies

• Knowledgeable in Cloud Technologies

• Familiar with CRM systems

• Understanding of Database systems

• Proficiency in 'About Time' software

• Agile Scrum methodology experience

• Knowledge of Budget Processes

• Experience in Change Management
