Robert Half Administrative Assistant in Sacramento, California

Description We are on the hunt for an efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sacramento, California. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including email correspondence, data entry, and scheduling appointments. The role operates within a team environment and requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and WordPress. This contract role offers an opportunity to gain industry experience and develop organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact, handling inbound and outbound calls and providing excellent customer service.

• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Manage email correspondence, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and ensure all meetings are well-coordinated.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

• Manage and update website content using WordPress.

• Assist in organizing electronic resources and maintaining digital records.

• Ensure all administrative procedures are followed and suggest improvements when necessary.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

• Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about the industry to assist in decision-making and office management. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word

• Experience with WordPress

• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy

• Excellent Customer Service skills, including handling Inbound and Outbound Calls

• Demonstrated ability to manage Email Correspondence effectively

• Experience with scheduling appointments and managing calendars

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant role is preferred but not required
