Description
Emily Krous at Robert Half is working with a client who needs a billing specialist. This is a full-time direct hire position.

Invoicing and Financial Tasks:
Record and validate time entries
Generate preliminary invoices and distribute for review
Handle adjustments and specialized billing activities
Finalize invoices for distribution via mail, email, or electronic methods
Financial Operations:
Classify and input deposit transactions
Promptly address client inquiries with accuracy
Payment Processing:
Handle urgent check requests promptly
Organize, classify, and input payable transactions
Prepare payments for processing
Responsively address vendor inquiries
Debt Recovery:
Investigate outstanding balances and discrepancies.
Monitor client accounts for overdue or excess payments
Requirements
Education and Experience Requirement
· 2+ years’ experience in an accounting
· Minimum Associate degree in business or accounting is preferred
· Proficient in MS Office Suite
· Experience/knowledge of accounting software
