Description
Robert Half Contracts Finance and Accounting team is working with a fast-growing manufacturing firm in Sacramento that is needing a Certified Payroll Specialist! This company is known for their growth and great culture and is looking for the best new fit for their team!
Job Duties would include:
Payroll Processing for 50-80 employees both Union and Certified Payroll
Prevailing Wage reporting/DIR
Payroll Reconciliation
Checking timesheets for accuracy
Entering data into databases and spreadsheets
Handling direct deposit requests and data
Processing paper checks for distribution
Acquiring all necessary signatures to distribute payroll
Heavily working off of SAGE 300 software
This job is 100% on site and would start right away. The ideal candidate would have 3+ years' experience, Certified and Union payroll experience, SAGE software knowledge and knowledge of payroll laws. If you feel this is the job for you, apply today!
