Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with GAAP.

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and ongoing financial analyses.

• Lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring best practices and timely month-end closes.

• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Monitor cash flow and working capital to maintain financial stability and enhance liquidity.

• Collaborate with external auditors and prepare materials for annual audits.

• Conduct in-depth financial analyses to guide business decisions and measure performance.

• Ensure adherence to tax regulations, financial standards, retirement plans, and applicable laws.

• Continuously evaluate and improve department systems and procedures for efficiency.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, with 5+ years of progressive management experience.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations; prior experience in healthcare or closely related industry a plus.

• Proficiency with SAGE 300 or similar accounting software, and advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively.

• Proven leadership abilities to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

  Requirements • Proficiency in all Accounting Functions

• Extensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Skilled in Auditing processes and procedures

• Familiarity with Budget Processes

• Competence in using Sage 300 software

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Comprehensive understanding of GAAP Accounting
