Key Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with GAAP.
Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and ongoing financial analyses.
Lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring best practices and timely month-end closes.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
Monitor cash flow and working capital to maintain financial stability and enhance liquidity.
Collaborate with external auditors and prepare materials for annual audits.
Conduct in-depth financial analyses to guide business decisions and measure performance.
Ensure adherence to tax regulations, financial standards, retirement plans, and applicable laws.
Continuously evaluate and improve department systems and procedures for efficiency.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, with 5+ years of progressive management experience.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations; prior experience in healthcare or closely related industry a plus.
Proficiency with SAGE 300 or similar accounting software, and advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively.
Proven leadership abilities to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Requirements • Proficiency in all Accounting Functions
• Extensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Skilled in Auditing processes and procedures
• Familiarity with Budget Processes
• Competence in using Sage 300 software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Comprehensive understanding of GAAP Accounting
