Robert Half Customer Service Representative/Account Management in Sacramento, California

Description We are in search of a meticulous Customer Service Representative based in Sacramento, California. As part of our team, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with different teams to ensure our services are delivered efficiently and effectively. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity in the printing industry and is a key player in maintaining our company's commitment to top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly

• Coordinate and prepare detailed quotes and proposals for customers

• Process customer orders and work closely with the pre-press team on materials and specifications

• Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals and shipping deadlines are met

• Maintain effective communication with coworkers and management, promoting a positive work environment

• Seek out and communicate ideas for continuous improvement within the company

• Adhere to the 6S method, an industry standard for enhancing efficiency and maintaining a high-quality work environment

• Keep the work area clean and organized, contributing to a productive work atmosphere

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor and be open to cross-training opportunities

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and email correspondence, and manage the scheduling of appointments Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Previous experience in a call center customer service role.

• Strong ability to handle inbound and outbound calls.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Experience in data entry and order entry.

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently.

• Strong written communication skills for email correspondence.

• Ability to answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.

• Must be able to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.

• Must be able to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
