Description
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Front Office Clerk in Sacramento, California. The role is within the Real Estate industry and will involve tasks such as answering phones, providing excellent customer service, and handling daily mail processing.
Responsibilities:
• Provide top-notch customer service to clients and tenants
• Accurately input data into MS Excel
• Handle incoming and outgoing mails daily
• Efficiently direct phone calls to internal employees
• Sign for FedEx packages and ensure they are appropriately handled
• Utilize skills in Numeric Filing and Paper Filing to maintain organized records
• Leverage Computer Data Entry skills for efficient and accurate data management.
Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant industry
• Proficiency in Numeric Filing, Paper Filing, and Computer Data Entry
• Experience in real estate industry is preferable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in all tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or certifications a plus
