Role Overview:
As the HR Leader for our global engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our people strategy forward. You will collaborate with leaders across the organization to attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring that our teams are equipped to tackle the most complex engineering challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals and values
Partner with global engineering leaders to drive employee engagement and performance
Lead initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top engineering talent
Oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to create a more inclusive work environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or related field
8+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a global engineering or technology environment
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Human Resources (HR) Administration, Human Resources Management Systems, Total Rewards, Global Talent Management, Bachelor's Degree in related field, Master's Degree preferred
