Description We are offering an opportunity for an HR Generalist in Sacramento, California. The role primarily involves managing HR functions, with a focus on ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, About Time, Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, and Employee Relations.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for HR management and employee data handling.
• Employ ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient data transfer within the organization.
• Use Ceridian and HRMS for effective HR management and streamline HR processes.
• Monitor time management and attendance using the 'About Time' system.
• Handle benefit functions ensuring all employees receive the benefits they are entitled to.
• Oversee compensation administration ensuring all employees are compensated fairly and in a timely manner.
• Ensure the organization is in compliance with all local and federal laws.
• Handle employee relations, resolving any issues that may arise and promoting a positive work environment. Requirements • Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Experience with the Ceridian HRMS platform
• Ability to use About Time software effectively
• Understanding of Benefit Functions within a HR context
• Experience in Compensation Administration
• Knowledge of HR Compliance regulations and best practices
• Proven skills in managing Employee Relations
• Ability to use HRMS systems effectively
• Experience in managing HR functions in a financial services environment.
