Robert Half Member Service Coordinator in Sacramento, California

Description

Robert Half's contract Administrative and Customer Support Division is looking for a well-organized and motivated "Member Service Coordinator" for a lobbyist company in Downtown Sacramento. This job would be the best it for someone who is a positive self-starter, and someone that enjoys working in in a fast-paced office environment. This position is HYBRID - working 2 days in office and 3 at home.

The Member Services Coordinator is an operational level position supporting members and staff of the Sacramento-based association management, legislative advocacy, and public affairs

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated verbal skills to interact with members and staff to respond to questions and to gather and distribute information.

  • Customer service skills including first call resolution, active listening, and responsiveness,

  • Ability to work independently and within a strong team-oriented environment.

  • Skills in supporting development, production, and execution of meetings and conferences.

  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy, and excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

  • Ability to organize time and priorities under general guidance from supervisor.

    Requirements

This position requires a dependable experienced professional with command of excellent oral and written communication skills. A proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is necessary. Experience successfully working with clients, vendors, and internal departments is required. A bachelor’s degree and previous work in association management is preferred.
