Lisa Cole with Robert Half is partnering with a well-established company that is looking to hire a Payroll and Benefits Administrator. This role involves processing semi-monthly payroll for employees, responding to HR/payroll related questions and requests from employees, assisting with employee benefits administration, and managing the on/off-boarding process for employees. Responsibilities:

• Process semi-monthly payroll for employees in a timely and accurate manner

• Respond promptly and professionally to HR/payroll related questions and requests from employees and various agencies

• Assist in the administration of employee benefits and facilitate open enrollment

• Efficiently manage the on/off-boarding process for employees and agents

• Maintain confidential files/data for employees and agents in compliance with privacy laws and company policies

• Use skills in Human Resources (HR) Administration, Benefits Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Corporate Recruiting to perform tasks and improve processes

• Ensure all payroll operations adhere to state and federal regulations

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient flow of payroll information

• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payroll

• Prepare and submit reports on payroll activities to the upper management.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred not required

• 2 years+ of experience as a Payroll and HR Administrator

• Proficient in Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Demonstrated experience in Benefits Payroll
