Robert Half International Content Manager in Saddle Brook, New Jersey


The Creative Group is looking for a Content Manager that will increase brand awareness, build greater credibility in the marketplace, and increase conversion by developing more compelling content. The position reports to the Director of Creative Services, N.A., and will also work directly with the Senior Director of Global Marketing.


Main duties and responsibilities

  • Assist in developing the brand positioning and guidelines with the management team

  • Drive the development of brand content that supports and elevates the clients positioning, to use in print (mailings, catalog) & digital (Web site, emails, social media), with either internal or external partners

  • Help create multi-channel communication efforts with internal marketing managers that support the brand. Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas.

  • Specifically, help guide the creation of compelling social media content and be a partner in the development of the communication strategy on social media, so that we “own” the social media space from a branding standpoint.

  • Drive the development of compelling content that demonstrates the client’s expertise in our industry at large, and specifically within that, for each of our top product lines (e.g. pens, calendars, drinkware, bags) with a focus on Web site content, working as needed with either internal or external partners. Content could include reasons to use promotional products, statistics, “how to” guides, examples of personalization, explanation of various imprinting techniques, examples by industries, customer testimonials, images and videos, employee testimonials, articles and advice, ideas about usage of products, etc.

  • Review existing individual product content (photography and copy) for our top product lines, provide recommendations for improvements and coordinate implementation of changes.


College degree required, preferably in communication / marketing / creative design or related field.


A minimum of three to five years’ experience in the development & implementation of compelling marketing & branding content, with a strong focus on digital.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong understanding of branding & company positioning

  • Proven ability to turn concepts into marketable content

  • Experience with social media engagement

  • Creativity and the ability to drive the development of original content, with a strong sense of design & copy
