Description The Creative Group is looking for a E-Commerce Customer Support representative.

The Role Daily monitor and support customer questions/comments and reviews on Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, Amazon, internet review sites, and Provide superior communications with customers; address customer issues and ensure effective and long- term problem resolution Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding order status and product knowledge requests; also providing timely feedback to the company regarding any issues or customer concerns Build rapport with customers and interact with them in a warm, friendly and detail oriented manner

Job Description Become an expert in digital order processing and utilize the CRM to retrieve and manage customer order data Ensure customers understand product information, and provide additional information to customers as needed; listen attentively to customer needs and concerns Suggest new ways to solve customer problems and improve the customer experience Prioritize call responses and timeliness of follow-up based on urgency of call, and escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner Answer inquiries by being resourceful in researching, locating, and clarifying desired information Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, fulfilling requests Promote additional products and services by recognizing opportunities to explain new features. Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to the organization Maintaining an elevated customer experience Collaborate with all stakeholders (Marketing, eCommerce, and Store Merchandising) Become well versed in co. repair/return policies. Must be responsible, take ownership of CS issues in order to bring them to resolution. Must be a very caring and reliable individual. Develop a full understanding of creative/advertising messages. Knowledgeable in the best selling Bulbhead and Hempvana products.

Preferred Experience Knowledgeable in Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, review sites/platforms Working experience with e-commerce/digital selling systems Requirements Requirements Strong computer skills and comfort in navigating multiple systems; proficient in Microsoft Office A strong passion learning about our marketing methods and products Problem analysis and solving skills, demonstrating good judgment Detail and customer service oriented Strong organizational and planning skills Thrive in a fast-efficient environment Team oriented, ability to work with a diverse customer base, ability to negotiate; strong sales skills Must be able to work flexible hours; schedules will vary Strong customer focus and relationship building skills High level of professionalism and integrity Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Analytics or a related field
