We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Graphic Designer in Springfield, New Jersey. This role primarily involves supporting our business development and environmental branding teams with their design needs across various projects. The industry we operate in is fast-paced and requires a professional adept at creating compelling visual content for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist the business development team with pitch decks and proposal designs.

• Collaborate with the environmental branding team in crafting client-facing designs for corporate interiors.

• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop, to create and edit designs.

• Develop a range of promotional materials such as advertisements, banner ads, brochures, and presentations.

• Work on large-scale projects, focusing on environmental design and trade show signage.

• Create artwork and graphics for various brand awareness campaigns.

• Handle graphic design projects for large format displays.

• Ensure all designs align with company's brand guidelines and aesthetic standards.

• Utilize Adobe Dreamweaver and Adobe Flash to create multimedia presentations.

• Continually update and improve upon design skills, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design or related field

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop

• Demonstrated experience in creating advertisements, artwork, banner ads, brochures, and presentations

• Knowledge of large format, large-scale projects, environmental design, and trade show signage

• Proven ability to contribute to brand awareness strategies

• Capacity to undertake multimedia projects

• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality graphics work

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred

• Strong understanding of industry trends and creative tools and techniques
