Description

We are looking for an Online Community Manager to join our team located in New Jersey. The role involves managing social media and communication campaigns, coordinating with various teams to ensure brand consistency, and building relationships with customers, potential customers, and industry professionals. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Implement social media and communication campaigns in alignment with marketing strategies

• Collaborate with in-house creative teams to develop engaging content for social media channels, including video, copy, and photography assets

• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews to continuously improve community engagement

• Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness

• Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency

• Maintain regular communication with the brand to stay updated on new products and features

• Oversee talent and influencers to drive engagement and boost brand presence

• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analytics, and trends for the brand and brand sector

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists

• Leverage your skills in Content Management System (CMS), Database, EO/IR systems, Facebook Insights, Instagram, Brand Awareness, Community marketing, Computer Hardware, Documentation, and Internet to drive growth and engagement.

Requirements • Proficiency in using Content Management System (CMS) for managing and organizing digital content

• Familiarity with Database management for efficient data storage and retrieval

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems for effective information gathering and analysis

• Ability to use Facebook Insights and Instagram for tracking user interaction and engagement

• Experience in creating Brand Awareness through various online platforms

• Understanding of Community Marketing strategies for promoting products or services

• Basic knowledge of Computer Hardware for troubleshooting and maintenance

• Experience in Documentation for maintaining records of online activities and interactions
