Robert Half Product Manager in Saddle Brook, New Jersey


Robert Half is looking for a Product Manager. The Product Manager will be responsible for development and execution of marketing plans for a defined segment within clients regenerative medicine portfolio. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, focusing on the business and clinical needs of customers and will make decisions around product portfolio vision, strategy, roadmap and tactical execution of marketing plans. The candidate should demonstrate a solid understanding of the manufacturing process and can support the strategic and operational objectives of the business. The successful candidate will possess a high degree of professionalism, maturity and confidentiality, and create a team environment that encourages innovation.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop and implement Business/Marketing Plan for a defined product portfolio that includes short- and long-term global portfolio strategy

  • Collaborate with key functional stakeholders across supply chain, sales, customer service, marketing, regulatory, R& D and finance to implement product portfolio strategy via key projects and programs

  • Partner with Commercial Operations Team to maintain and monitor sales of product portfolio, using key performance metrics, as defined by the team and leadership

  • Interact with customers to support monthly and quarterly forecasting and annual business planning processes

  • Provide feedback to product teams based on input from the field and customers regarding product quality, usage, potential improvements

  • Collaborate with R& D to drive new product development innovation pipeline and develop acute understanding of customer needs to inform roadmap

  • Develop training materials for and train distributors and sales representatives; Evangelize for portfolio by presenting to customers and KOLs, representing portfolio at trade shows, with media and selling roadmap internally

  • Support expansion of distribution network by identifying new distributors both in the U.S. and outside the U.S.

  • Develop marketing literature, branding and advertisements for defined product portfolio

  • Coordinate trade show exhibits and associated events; attend to represent the company and meet with customers and prospects

  • Translate customer needs, market analysis, competitive analysis and regulatory environment factors into actionable strategies and tactics for the portfolio

  • Support and drive the marketing budget process for defined portfolio

  • Assist with various special ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned
