Deliver Kornit’s sales targets for Brands, Retailers & Licensors by leading a team selling and promoting our on-demand business models
Recruit, manage and develop a team of 4 specialist sales managers, with a plan for expansion
Work with Global Segment Managers and the Regional Executive staff to build effective Go-To-Market plans & strategies, in addition to building a post-sales customer support capability
Serve as the domain expert in the US Retail sector and share knowledge with your team and colleagues on proven vertical market penetration and regional coverage strategies
Focus on finding new customers and increasing transactions with existing accounts
Liaise and assist Kornit’s Platform implementation teams in delivering the required solutions & business models to ensure a smooth handover and high customer satisfaction, post-sale
Designing and delivering targeted webinars and presentations
Willingness and ability to travel frequently
Proven Go-To-Market experience (at least 5 years) in managing end-to-end global sales of platform sales in a SaaS/ transactional model or like solutions (in Brands, Retailers & Licensors)
A self-motivated, hard-working, innovative person with analytical, problem solving, and top interpersonal and leadership skills. Must be able to operate within a management team and international matrix
Strong business acumen, Wide knowledge, and experience in the Retail sector
Proven capacity to learn and demonstrate using technology platforms
Highly proficient in the field of solution selling
Excellent oral, presentation, written communication, and organizational skills
Thrives under pressure and within a fast-moving, high-growth business environment Requirements Microsoft Excel
