Robert Half Accounts Payable Clerk in Saint Bonifacius, Minnesota
Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in the western suburbs. This is a hybrid model and offers opportunity to grow with the organization. Your duties include being instrumental in handling vendor invoices, assisting with invoice coding, and responding to vendor inquiries. Salary up to $62K plus great benefits. Responsibilities:
• Process vendor invoices in an accurate and timely manner
• Collaborate with plants for prompt invoice coding and approval
• Respond professionally and promptly to vendor inquiries
• Maintain digital records of vouchers meticulously
• Ensure a three-way match between purchase orders, warehouse receiving documentation, and vendor invoices
• Monitor and update customer credit records when necessary
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) efficiently and effectively
• Ensure accurate invoice processing and account reconciliation
Requirements
• Minimum of three years of experience in an Accounts Payable role within the plastics manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP) procedures.
• Demonstrable experience in Invoice Processing.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with general ledger functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field is preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
