Robert Half HRIS Manager in Saint Charles, Missouri

Description We are offering an opportunity for an HRIS Manager to join our team based in SAINT CHARLES, Missouri. In this role, you will be involved in the design, development, configuration, and testing of business processes within our HRIS system. This role is within a temporary employment structure with a focus on immediate impact and short-term results.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development, design, and configuration of complex business processes in the HRIS system

• Monitor the functionality of the new system and assist the team in implementing new features and updates

• Generate and maintain the HRIS report database, assisting team leaders in accessing and running reports

• Provide system support to the team, resolving issues and researching alternative methods to enhance system workflows

• Serve as the first-level response for HRIS system inquiries, troubleshooting issues with the HR team as needed

• Monitor system usage issues, workflows, and integrations, escalating matters to the HRIS manager as necessary

• Support the HRIS manager in ensuring system effectiveness and efficiency

• Participate in and support cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion of assigned responsibilities

• Leverage skills in Workday, Workday HRIS, HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems, HRIS Analysis, HRIS Conversion, HRIS Implementation to enhance system functionality and team productivity. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS Management or similar role.

• Proficient in Workday and Workday HRIS is required.

• Experience in HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems is a must.

• Must have skills in HRIS Analysis.

• Experience in HRIS Conversion will be advantageous.

• Should have knowledge of HRIS Implementation.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Must possess strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with discretion.
