Description

Robert Half is seeking a part time data entry/accounts payable clerk for a 6 week long project. This position is part time but, requires 4 hours a day on site monday-friday.

Our Project Accounting Team is seeking temporary assistance with invoicing and data entry tasks. This role will provide critical support to ensure smooth and accurate processing of financial data during a busy period.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and enter invoices with accuracy and efficiency.

Support data entry efforts to maintain up-to-date financial records.

Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines and reporting needs are met.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in invoice documentation or data entries.

Ideal Candidate:

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Familiarity with invoicing processes and accounting software is a plus.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.

Requirements • Knowledgeable in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in Check Runs and Coding Invoices

• Proficient in Data Entry and Invoice Processing

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is required

• Experience with Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP is beneficial

• Previous experience in a similar role in the construction or contractor industry is advantageous

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and strong decision-making abilities

• High degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
