Your responsibilities
Be a part of business development by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence
Handle incoming telephone calls
Requirements - 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
Strong customer service and office administrative skills
Proven computer skills
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks
Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
General familiarity with Patient Flow
Well-founded grasp of Patient Visit
Quality experience with Central Billing Office
Schedule Appointments experience required
Customer service experience desired
Proficiency in Workstation Support
Practical knowledge of Patient Financial
Communication Skills experience
Proven knowledge of Patient Services
Experience with Switchboard Operations
Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
