Your responsibilities

  • Be a part of business development by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

  • Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence

  • Handle incoming telephone calls

    Requirements - 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

  • Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

  • Proven computer skills

    • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks

  • Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • General familiarity with Patient Flow

  • Well-founded grasp of Patient Visit

  • Quality experience with Central Billing Office

  • Schedule Appointments experience required

  • Customer service experience desired

  • Proficiency in Workstation Support

  • Practical knowledge of Patient Financial

  • Communication Skills experience

  • Proven knowledge of Patient Services

  • Experience with Switchboard Operations

  • Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
