Robert Half Admissions and Communications Coordinator in Saint Louis, Missouri

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Admissions Specialist in St Louis Earnings Tx, Missouri. The selected applicant will be a crucial link between potential students and our Healthcare University, facilitating effective communication, managing inquiries, and fostering meaningful conversations about our programs. This role involves a blend of inbound and outbound communication, administrative tasks, and student interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Address online and in-person inquiries to the admissions office

• Set appointments and qualify leads for admissions personnel

• Assist in qualifying student inquiries for enrollment in all programs

• Schedule and host campus tours, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience for potential students

• Maintain and update records of potential students, ensuring data accuracy

• Carry out reception duties as needed to manage Admissions walk-ins and leads

• Maintain a presence on-campus for effective student interaction

• Assist in recruiting students through both campus and virtual communication

• Participate in recruitment events, which may occasionally require overnight travel

• Communicate with main campus/departments as needed

• Be available nights and weekends as needed for heavy phone outreach

This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and experience in Salesforce Administration is beneficial but not essential. The chosen candidate will need to handle a high volume of inquiries and be able to differentiate between genuine leads and non-interest. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel is mandatory for this role.

• Experience with Salesforce Administration is crucial.

• The ability to handle Inbound and Outbound Calls efficiently is required.

• Candidates must possess excellent communication skills to effectively Answer Inquiries from prospective students and parents.

• The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy is critical for this role.

• Problem-solving abilities are essential to address student issues effectively.

• Experience in an admissions or related administrative role is preferred.

• A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is expected in this role.

• Candidates should have the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Interpersonal skills are necessary to establish strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.

• The candidate must have good decision-making skills to select the most suitable candidates.
