Description

Dani Rivera from Robert Half is collaborating with a client in STL to find a Controller. This role presents the opportunity to build a team, develop policies and procedures, and take ownership of accounting and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a BA in Accounting, manufacturing experience, and a hands-on leadership approach. This growing company offers a laid-back environment and a hybrid work schedule, with 1-2 days in the office each week.

Requirements

• Must hold a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Controller role or similar.

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions is essential

• Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Auditing procedures and practices

• Experience in Budget Processes is required

• Must have a solid understanding of Full Cycle Accounting

• Proficiency in SAP software is a plus

• High level of professionalism and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
