Key responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

  • Handle incoming telephone calls

  • Field and send written business correspondence

  • Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers Requirements - Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired

  • success driven attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

  • Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

  • Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

  • Expertise in consulting

  • Call Center Customer Service experience

  • Proven knowledge of Nonprofit Organizations

  • General familiarity with data entry

  • Customer service experience preferred

  • Solid understanding of Difficult Situations

  • Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Excel

  • CRM experience

  • 1+ years of past relevant experience

  • Strong computer skills including customer database systems
