Description Robert Half is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist. The client is looking for someone who can efficiently maneuver the ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis and campaign execution while keeping tight control of the bottom line.Experience improving online customer experiences, implementing marketing technology solutions, and following inbound marketing practices, as well as a customer-first mindset are essential for this job. We want to hear from you if you are detail-oriented and have strong decision-making and interpersonal skills.This position will be responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of all digital initiatives that support the sales strategy and marketing plans for our client. You will oversee the company's brand image and voice through the development of strategies and content across the digital landscape of owned sites, social media, partner platforms and paid media, with support from the Marketing Manager.

Monitor digital marketing campaign performance through reports
Constantly improve job knowledge by taking advantage of educational opportunities and reading trade publications
Maintain project status and timeline for digital projects, communicating updates regularly
Develop creative landing pages, blog posts and SEO in order to improve the company's website
Develop content that will engage the company's customers and partners
Help with updating the online customer portal to improve user experience
Support other project tasks related to print, direct mail and data management as needed
Share thought leadership and identify trends and insights with executive leadership
Meet expectations on brand compliance, deadlines and budget by working with creative and technology vendor partners
Develop strategies and tests to optimize spend and performance of paid digital campaigns
Create and implement digital marketing initiatives based on the sales and marketing strategy to meet objectives in customer acquisition, growth and retention, and reactivation
Develop and maintain the company's social media presence Requirements - Savvy in SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email marketing, Digital Ad displays, Retargeting, CRM
- Remarkable track record in cultivating digital brands with strong ROI
A healthy mix of initiative and skill
Grasp of Content Management System (CMS) & Digital Marketing System (DMS)
Strong understanding in vendor management
Prior experience managing strategic multichannel marketing and maintaining digital brand consistency
Strong collaboration and communication skills
