Description Roseann Mabry at Robert Half is partnering with a growing global company located in Clayton to place a Human Resource Business Partner on a direct hire basis. The Human Resource Business Partner is working on a HR team to that is in a manufacturing industry. The Human Resource Business Partner will work closely with PEO to administer benefits, comp, handling leaves, vacation tracking, etc... This role will also handle some recruiting functions for qualified applicants. The Human Resource Business Partner will assist HR leadership to create and design training programs, work with business unit leaders to create a performance management program, and be a liaison between plants and the corporate office.
