Robert Half OfficeTeam Perm is partnering with a St. Louis organization to fill a Compensation Analyst role . The direct hire position for a Compensation Analyst will need 5 plus years experience exclusively in the compensation arena. Must have strong Excel utilizing pivot tables and VLookups. The Compensation Analyst will be part of a team dedicated to working with leadership on benchmarking, performance management , and comp levels for their departments. You will work on special projects through the year. This position will require some travel to site locations. The annual salary for the Compensation Analyst will pay up to 95K.
