Responsibilities:
As an Entry-Level Legal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting attorneys and paralegals in various aspects of case management and legal proceedings. Responsibilities include:
Assisting with legal research, document preparation, and filing.
Providing administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
Organizing and maintaining case files and databases.
Assisting with trial preparation and court filings.
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Paralegal certification preferred but not required; willingness to pursue certification supported.
Legal internship experience preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Transferable skills in legal research, filing, and administrative tasks highly desirable.
