What you get to do every day
Supports the daily stand-ups, guaranteeing their are focused, brief, and timely
Complies with Product Owner/Product Manager to make certain that the product vision and high-level business objectives are explicit and practical
Aid the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products
Arranges project with precise ticket workflows and boards
States the RACI matrix for projects in a product line
Executes deployment scheduling in coordination with Dev Ops, tech lead, and Product Owner
Brings together figures from business analysts, QA leads, and technical leads into recommendations
Participate to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager
Work closely together and communicates with designers, stakeholders, developers, and technical team members
Submits detailed reporting to management on risk assessments, milestone completion, and project status
Work closely together with the Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, Business Analyst, and QA Manager
Functions as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, ensuring the team is working effectively, and leading scrum ceremonies
Assists to manage dependencies among cross-product teams
Make sure that the functional requirements are met, achievable, and tracked
Assists to manage, identify, and classify risk for functional improvement requests
Engages with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects
Manages project planning
Creates schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product
Initiates and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner
Indexes and executes the sprint planning and grooming meetings and traces ticket assignments
Requirements
To be considered, you should be flexible and focused
- It is preferred for applicants to have proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools
Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- It is preferred for applicants to have a Project Management (PMP) certification
Background in project management, operations, and supervisory leadership
Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Agile Coaching experience preferred
Deep understanding of Agile project management
Well-founded grasp of Operational Risk Management
Proven knowledge of Digital Solutions
Comprehensive knowledge of PMO
Knowledge of PMO (project management office)
Experience with Agile project management
Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
