Robert Half Sr. Paid Search Strategist in SAINT LOUIS, Missouri

Description

Robert Half is seeking a Sr Paid Search Strategist for a St Louis client.

This role will be part of the Paid Media Practice working on projects paid search client accounts.

Managing performance and strategic direction for all client accounts within their portfolio. They also oversee the service and relationship quality of each account. Seniors are responsible for leading opportunities and play an integral role in delegating, coaching and training other team members with whom they work.

• Account Management:

o Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for “A” accounts, while overseeing the creation and execution of strategic initiatives for “B” accounts (as defined by the Paid Search Director).

o Implement strategies within client paid search accounts, including campaign building, account restructuring, expansion, optimization, testing and experimentation

o Delegate select tasks to Strategists and Specialists and provide ongoing feedback towards achieving an ideal standard

o Track account performance to ensure ongoing progress and that client goals are being met

• Client Management

• Teammate Development:

o Assist and support Paid Search Director in training and providing feedback to help teammates achieve higher skillsets and attitudes

o Train team on paid search insights and techniques, while facilitating adoption of best practices

o Business Development:

o Identify strategic opportunities to expand both additional offerings (non paid search) to existing clients and introduce paid search opportunities to existing clients using other services

o Assist in brand outreach and thought-leadership initiatives (blog and newsletter articles, case studies, speaking engagements, conferences, etc.)

o Actively engage in prospecting and onboarding initiatives with Paid Search Director (audits, RFPs, discovery calls, deliverables, sales collateral, etc.)

Requirements

Kenshoo, Paid Search, Paid Search Campaigns

Top Must Haves:

• ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE Bid Automation Platform experience

o Adobe Ad Cloud Search experience (highly preferred, otherwise Kenshoo or Marin experience)

• 2+ years of experience leading project teams (including mentoring and coaching)

• Experience creating strategies and project roadmaps for enterprise level clients

• 5+ years search marketing experience
