A reputable housing community organization seeks an experienced Compliance Specialist in Saint Paul, MN. The role involves monitoring and advising on regulatory compliance for affordable housing, conducting site visits, and liaising with the Compliance Auditing Vendor. Ideal candidates should have 3-4 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Yardi and PC Applications.

Certifications in compliance related to Section 42 - Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and Certified Occupancy Specialist, either current or willingness to obtain within 90 days, are required. Please respect the confidential nature of this job posting.


• Minimum of 3 years of within the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry

• Proficient in Data Entry with a high level of accuracy

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including creation and manipulation of spreadsheets, use of formulas, and data analysis

• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Exhibit analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make well-informed decisions

• Show a high level of organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Must have a professional and ethical approach to handling sensitive financial information

• Display a strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
