Desktop Support Analyst .This role revolves around providing technical assistance to our team, managing hardware and software configurations, and playing a crucial part in our various projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with third-party vendors to provide deskside support

• Handle the disbursement and return of equipment

• Participate in light project work related to IT support and system improvement

• Utilize Microsoft Intune for device management and application deployment

• Provide hands-on assistance with computer hardware issues

• Utilize Active Directory to manage user accounts and access

• Implement backup technologies to ensure data safety and recovery

• Monitor and maintain configuration management systems to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements • Proficient in computer hardware, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

• Experience with Active Directory, including user and group management.

• Knowledge of backup technologies and their implementation in business settings.

• Familiarity with configuration management and its role in maintaining system stability.

• Experience with Windows Intune for device management and data protection.

• Understanding of the real estate property industry and its unique IT needs.

• Proven ability to provide high-quality customer service in a technical support role.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
