We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This role involves providing essential IT support to our employees, ensuring smooth operations on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to service tickets and walk-up requests, providing timely and efficient IT support to users

• Handle PC refresh systems as needed, including downloading base images using SCCM and loading specific apps depending on department needs

• Maintain and update the company's knowledge base to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available

• Collaborate with other engineers to provide end-user support at the deskside

• Provide support for a range of devices, including Android and Apple phones, and Mac Air and Pro systems

• Utilize MS Office 365, MS Windows 10, Remote access VPNs, and Active Directory in the course of daily work

• Leverage PowerShell scripting skills to enhance system functionality and efficiency

• Ensure that the volume of work is managed effectively, taking into account the complexity of each ticket.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

• Proficient in using MS Office 365 and MS Windows 10.

• Familiarity with Active Directory.

• Experience with remote access VPNs.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and provide customer support.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of industry-standard software and hardware.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Customer service oriented with a patient and supportive approach to end users.

• Must have a commitment to continuous learning and show career progression.

• Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience.

• Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
