I am seeking a motivated and adaptable Level 2 Support Specialist to provide exceptional IT support primarily in a remote capacity (80% remote, 20% onsite). This role requires a go-getter with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 2 support for all incidents escalated from Level 1, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional customer service.
Troubleshoot and repair issues related to Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows 10/11.
Assist with mobile support and promote self-service options within Active Directory.
Engage with end-users to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively, ensuring user satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members in a busy environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
Document support interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
Qualifications:
4-year degree
Experience in a large corporate environment, ideally supporting a substantial user base.
Proficiency in O365, Active Directory, and Windows 10/11 support.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with various personalities.
Ability to manage ambiguity and remain effective in a fast-paced setting.
