Description
We are in search of an Engagement Coordinator based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This role primarily revolves around conducting outbound project calls, providing training, serving as a liaison, and supporting outbound calls. The position is within the technology industry, specifically focusing on cloud-based and CRM systems. The role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Engage in outbound project calls to facilities and service providers to assist with the activation process within our network.
• Deliver end-user training through a remote sharing tool, catering to individual or larger provider group events.
• Undertake outbound calls to non-responders and low responders, adhering to project guidelines.
• Act as a liaison between customers, management, and development personnel for escalations and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress on assigned projects and on identified issues with software, customers, and providers. Ensure all calls and updates are documented in CRM or Project Management solution.
• Provide support for inbound calls and tickets, assisting customers in real-time to resolve user and provider setup issues.
• Interact professionally with customers and cross-functional colleagues through various communication channels.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement by proposing ideas to optimize network performance, provider engagement, operational efficiencies, and implementation or project efforts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Requirements
• Solid understanding of Cloud Technologies
• Experience with Content Management System (CMS)
• Demonstrated skills in CRM usage
• Ability to create and manage Advertisements
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making business decisions
• Experience in Auditing processes and results
