We are helping our client find an interim recruiter to focus on full-cycle recruiting for contract manufacturing roles. You will be comfortable and have advanced skills working with ATS/HRIS systems and technology for purposes of recruiting, applicant tracking and reporting, scheduling and managing interview processes, documentation and onboarding processes. Your experience should include 2+ years recruiting and with experience in the recruiting in the manufacturing industry. Your skills will include ability to be flexible, to learn and understand systems and processes and strong communication with managers and recruits to provide a great experience.
