Description
We are seeking a Contract Supply Chain Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, identifying, and hiring top-notch candidates who specialize in supply chain, logistics, and procurement roles. Key responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes. They are also responsible for building relationships with potential candidates, attending job fairs and networking events, and continuously expanding their talent pool.
Must have a deep understanding of the supply chain industry to assess a candidate's knowledge and potentially forecast their performance. Will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, identify the necessary skills and qualifications, and match these with potential candidates.
Other duties might include providing detailed information about a job's responsibilities and benefits, arranging assessments and examinations for candidates, negotiating salaries, and representing the company's brand positively during the entire recruitment process.
Maintain comprehensive recruitment records to monitor their processes, ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and help in refining recruitment strategies.
Requirements
4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in Supply Chain/Manufacturing.
Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent
