Robert Half Mobile Device Developer in Saint Peters, Missouri

Description We are offering an opportunity for a Mobile Device Developer to join our team in Saint Peters, Missouri. The role involves maintaining a well-organized and version-controlled codebase, implementing new features and enhancements, and monitoring the performance of React Native applications. You will be part of a cross-functional team, working collaboratively with designers, backend developers, and quality assurance engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, well-structured, and version-controlled codebase using tools such as Git.

• Implement new features and enhancements in React Native applications based on project requirements and specifications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and product managers, to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of features.

• Participate actively in identifying, prioritizing, and resolving bugs and issues within the React Native application.

• Conduct thorough debugging sessions, utilize error tracking tools, and implement effective solutions to enhance the overall stability and reliability of the mobile app.

• Monitor the performance of React Native applications and identify opportunities for optimization.

• Implement performance enhancements, conduct profiling, and collaborate with team members to ensure the app meets or exceeds performance benchmarks on various devices and network conditions.

• Communicate progress, challenges, and potential solutions clearly and concisely.

• Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster a collaborative development environment.

• Leverage skills in Android Development, Android SDK, Android Studio, Atlassian Jira, Backend Development, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, API Development, Apple Devices, CSS, Mobile App Development, Android iOS, and Android Devices. Requirements

• Proficiency in Android Development, Android SDK, and Android Studio

• Experience with Atlassian Jira for project management

• Demonstrated skills in Backend Development

• Knowledge of AB Testing and Agile Scrum methodologies

• Ability to develop APIs

• Experience with Apple Devices, CSS, and Android Devices

• Proficiency in Mobile App Development, including Android iOS platforms

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
