Robert Half International Accounts Payable Clerk in Saint Rose, Louisiana
Our client is seeking an Accounting Clerk who is efficient, dependable, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team. This position provides comprehensive day-to-day support for the Accounting Department. Primary responsibilities include all aspects of accounts payable; reconciliation of daily cash sales and monthly bank statements; data entry of periodic deposits; and general office duties.
The ability to multi-task while assuring steady completion of work assignments in a timely manner is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job will possess superior organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; demonstrate competent use of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel and Outlook).
