Robert Half is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper with excellent communication and organizational skills to join a dynamic, growing company in the Wholesale Distribution industry. What you get to do every single day
Preside over an efficient system to track financial transactions and define policies and procedures for bookkeeping
Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
Maintain and balance general ledger
Appease accounts by balancing entries
Look after archived records by categorizing documents
Examine payments received and record deposits
Maintain accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions Requirements - Solid understanding of bookkeeping
Strong familiarity with Vendor Invoices
Knowledge of Phone Coverage
3+ years of previous experience as a Bookkeeper
BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
Earlier experience working with various types of accounting software desired
