Robert Half Director of Marketing Operations in Salem, New Hampshire
Director of Marketing Operations needed for a full-time, hybrid opportunity in southern NH. Must be able to work a few days a week in the southern NH offices. Ideal candidate will come from the health and wellness industry and be someone who is data-drive, who loves tracking metrics, and can manage process automation. Must have at least 4+ years of experience as a Director or VP of marketing operations. Must have at least 6+ years in marketing operations with exposure to eCommerce.
In this role you will have the opportunity to drive an outsized impact in our organization - as a leader and a marketer. Your focus will be to ensure that our marketing planning and operations efforts sets up our long-term success by enabling scaled, repeatable models and solutions for growth. This role is responsible for operational planning and budgeting, data governance/ management and roadmap development, marketing technology selection/implementation, prospect and customer segmentation, marketing automation build/refinement and related best practices including:
Design, implement and monitor all marketing operations, processes and analysis including strategic planning, quarterly planning, campaigns execution and others
Operationalize and manage critical projects/priorities with significant cross-functional elements, across the Marketing department based on clear marketing goals and business needs
Own and scale the marketing data and CRM architecture/governance/analysis, technology infrastructure, systems and tools that enables the entire Marketing organization to better segment, target and engage with prospects and customers
Provide value-added business performance analytics and optimization recommendations that enable continuous improvement and drive incremental demand generation and improved marketing productivity.
Provide reporting against KPIs and metrics to enable data driven decisions across the entire marketing organization
Develop, implement, and evolve marketing operating models and related infrastructure (e.g., content management systems, digital asset management tools) to enable efficiencies, improve quality of output, and increase speed to market
Design and create the most efficient and scalable processes and automations to accelerate execution throughout the entire customer lifecycle
Own marketing planning, budgeting, and forecasting, including managing agency partner RFPs, contracts, and onboarding
Prioritize and execute on existing and ad hoc requests made from marketing and sales to facilitate growth
Support the development of strategy decks for core audiences — including our board, executive team, and partners — ensuring that content is rich in data/performance against KPIs
At least 4 years of experience as a Director/VP of marketing operations function
At least 6 years of experience in the marketing operations field with exposure to eCommerce
Project and program management skills
Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, HubSpot, Tableau, essential
Creative and strong initiative
Can bring new ideas and to systems and processes to support business requirements and to drive efficiency
Leadership skills but also a great team player
Great attention to details and analytical capabilities
