How you will make an impact

  • Undertaking various administrative duties

  • Assisting with new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations for 5 different New England locations

  • Reserving and screening candidates through various sources and platforms

  • Constructing internal recommendations views

  • Utilizing digital recruiting resources

  • Composing and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Carrying out inter

    Requirements - Candidates who are highly professional, as well as able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity, will be preferred

  • Capable in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

  • Foundational knowledge in Recruiting Efforts

  • Good understanding of sourcing recruitment

  • Expertise in Corporate Recruiting

  • Background working with Recruiting Techniques

  • Experience with Recruiting Events

  • Full Cycle Recruiting experience

  • Previous experience working with Volume Recruiting

  • Practical knowledge of Recruiting Strategies

  • Earlier work involving high volume recruitment

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Recruiting Processes

  • General familiarity with Recruiting Sources

  • Adeptness in Recruiting Plans

  • Recruiting Strategy experience highly preferred

  • Recruiting Activities experience

    • You need proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
  • Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
