Jennie Joiner with Robert Half is seeking a FP& A Manager for our well-respected healthcare client! This position offers the ability to be 85% remote!! Must live in Oregon and preferably close to Salem to be considered. The FP& A Manager must be able to multitask and work under multiple tight deadlines at once, as well as excellent analytical capabilities and strong verbal and writing skills. What you get to do every single day
Develop operating budget and forecasts by estimating the costs and benefits of operating plans during the annual budget development cycle
Analyze financials for the forecasting and corporate budgeting processes
Contribute to financial deliverables for the executive team
Participate in and contribute to cross-functional development teams to address strategic issues
Prepare financial models and data mining tools for variance analysis
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the financial planning team
Manage staff by recruiting, selecting, training, evaluating, and retaining employees
Perform financial analysis and valuation related to mergers and acquisitions
Produce key financial analysis to support strategic and day-to-day decisions
Lead the development of short- and long-term financial forecasts and financial analysis
Provide key financial analysis to enable both day-to-day and strategic decisions
Support regulatory filings
Test fiscal and budget assumptions in the development of operating plans
Requirements - 8+ years of experience in FP& A required
Exceptional qualitative and quantitative skills
Advanced knowledge of computer software, including writing macros in Excel, Access, financial Modeling and other accounting packages
Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
Exceptional business acumen
In this role, the candidate will be able to analyze complex business problems, propose effective solutions and understand and apply business vision and direction
MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are a plus
Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships
2+ years of FP& A supervisory/leadership experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field is required
