We are in search of a Portfolio Manager to join our team based in SALEM, Oregon, 97302, United States. This role provides an opportunity to work in the financial services industry. The position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity after 90 days.

Responsibilities:

• Performing product research to ensure understanding of all items within the portfolio. • Accurately determining equipment values to maximize financial performance. • Utilizing CRM and ERP solutions to maintain organized and accurate records. • Conducting thorough market analysis to drive strategic decision-making. • Regularly auditing accounts and taking necessary action as per company guidelines. • Providing excellent customer service by answering inbound calls and resolving inquiries. • Ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications. • Managing and selling a diverse portfolio.

Requirements • Proficient in ADP - Financial Services • Familiarity with Configure Price Quote (CPQ) • Strong knowledge of CRM systems • Experience with ERP • Comfortable with answering inbound calls • Familiarity with billing functions • Outstanding communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
