Jamie Benway with Robert Half is offering an opportunity for a VP/Director of Finance in the healthcare, hospitals, and social assistance industry south of Portland, Oregon. The role involves overseeing financial operations, developing budget processes, and performing cash flow analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial operations within the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Develop and implement budget processes to support financial health and stability.

• Conduct cash flow analysis to monitor income, expenses, and investments.

• Collaborate with the CFO to formulate strategic financial plans and policies.

• Supervise financial reporting and budgeting team.

• Review financial data, prepare reports, and make recommendations based on findings.

• Ensure all financial operations align with company's goals and objectives.

• Manage financial planning, forecasting, and risk management.

• Implement systems and processes to maintain accurate financial records.

• Develop strategies to maximize ROI and meet the company's financial objectives.

Requirements • Proven experience in a senior financial management role within the healthcare, hospitals, or social assistance industries.

• Demonstrable expertise in budget processes and cash flow analysis.

• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred.

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and legislation.

• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance colleagues.

• Proficiency in using financial software and advanced Excel skills.

• High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.

• Outstanding analytical and strategic planning abilities.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to continuously improve and adapt to changing regulations and technologies.

• Strong understanding of data privacy standards.
