Robert Half International Intake Coordinator in Salinas, California

Description

Responsibilities: • Answering or making calls to leads/clients to determine qualification for a legal claim and then going through intake. • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining the claims process and answering intake procedural questions. • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information. • Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and spreadsheets appropriately. • Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the intake process. Requirements: • Some college experience required. • More education or call center experience may be preferred. • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, detail oriented phone voice. • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office. (i.e. Word, Excel) • Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills. • Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations. • Strong time management and decision-making skills. • Adaptability and accountability. • Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
