Description
Great opportunity for a motivated and focused Accounts Receivable Clerk. Our client is expanding and is in need of an exceptional Accounts Receivable Clerk to join the team.
The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be over:
Take credit card payments over the phone and post to customer accounts
Post and apply payment of customer receipts (checks, cash, ACH and wires) in Great Plains system
Reconcile customer accounts and help with payment disputes as necessary
Assist with weekly collection of customers with accounts < 90 days
Send out monthly customer statements
Establishing credit limits for each customer account (based on credit history and others factors), and managing aging & credit holds as needed
Requirements
Bookkeeping experience preferred
Great Plains experience a plus
3+ years of accounts receivable experience
