Description
Our client is in need of a Contact Center Agent in San Antonio, Texas, within the Financial Services industry. As a Contact Center Agent, you will be at the forefront of customer interactions, providing exceptional service across various platforms, including phone calls, online messaging, and chat.
Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and accurately to incoming customer inquiries and issues via phone calls, online messaging, and chat.
• Utilize your strong administrative skills to navigate computer systems and databases, access customer information, and provide precise solutions.
• Ensure a consistent and positive customer experience by managing interactions across multiple channels, such as phone calls, online messaging, and chat.
• Identify customer needs and concerns, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective resolutions.
• Escalate complex problems to the relevant internal teams, ensuring that you follow up for a timely resolution.
• Use your experience in call center operations to provide excellent service, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Document customer interactions with attention to detail and maintain detailed records for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to share knowledge and improve service quality.
• Leverage your skills in Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Excel to manage and organize data effectively.
• Handle high-volume data entry tasks in a fast-paced call center environment.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a detail-oriented setting, preferably in financial services or contact center roles
• Bilingual and proven expertise in Call Center Customer Service and Customer Service
• Proficiency in using Customer Service Software
• Demonstrated ability to resolve customer service issues effectively
• Familiarity with Banking Services, particularly Commercial Banking and Financial Services
• A strong focus on enhancing Customer Experience
• Administrative skills to manage tasks efficiently
• Experience in Call Center operations, preferably in high volume and fast-paced environments
• Understanding of Call Center Metrics and their importance in performance evaluation
• Capability to handle Direct Phone Calls and Inbound Telephone Calls professionally
• Experience with Multi-line Phone Systems
• Proficiency in Computer Data Entry, preferably in high-volume data entry environments
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Microsoft Excel
