Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in our team for an Internal Auditor based in San Antonio, Texas. This role involves performing internal auditing tasks within a telecom provider setup. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting regular audits using Accounting Software Systems to ensure the company's financial management is in order.
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining Audit Programs to ensure all aspects of the company are audited effectively.
• Utilizing CobiT framework to ensure IT management and governance are in line with the company's goals.
• Adhering to DCAA regulations and guidelines while conducting audits.
• Using ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems for efficient business process management.
• Overseeing all accounting functions to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Conducting thorough analysis of Audit Findings and preparing detailed reports.
• Performing regular Auditing tasks, including planning, scheduling, and executing audits.
• Preparing and presenting Audit Reports to management, outlining findings and providing recommendations.
• Ensuring Compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Internal Auditor role or similar
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience in developing and executing Audit Program
• Knowledge of CobiT framework for IT management and governance
• Familiarity with DCAA audit requirements
• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
• Knowledge of standard Accounting Functions
• Experience in documenting and communicating Audit Findings
• Demonstrated skills in Auditing procedures and controls
• Ability to prepare comprehensive Audit Reports
• Proven track record in ensuring Compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
