We are seeking a Systems Administrator based in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining business productivity applications and enterprise applications, providing technical support, and collaborating with IT and business teams to meet application requirements. Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain enterprise applications including Enterprise Resource Planning system, Human Resource Information System, Customer Relationship Management software, Project Portfolio Management to ensure they are up-to-date, secure, and operating efficiently.

• Ensure business productivity applications such as Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, AEC applications, ITSM applications are up-to-date, secure, and operating efficiently.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise and business applications.

• Support deployment, configuration, and management of applications on endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand application requirements and ensure they are met.

• Implement and enforce security policies and procedures for applications.

• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.

• Create and maintain documentation for system and user configurations, processes, and procedures.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.

• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement best practices.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Systems Administrator, with a minimum of five years in a similar role

• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies, Database, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, and Linux Technologies

• Solid understanding of Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Proven track record in maintaining and improving IT systems in a business environment

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred

• Relevant industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are advantageous

• Familiarity with IT standards such as ISO/IEC 27001 and ITIL is beneficial

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
